At TWOYC, we are committed to providing you with a safe, secure, and satisfactory shopping experience. All shipments are processed from our warehouse in China and delivered worldwide via trusted carriers, primarily UPS and DHL.
Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery time is between 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. We do not offer weekend delivery service.
Our preferred small parcel carrier is UPS. Based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, we may substitute other reliable carriers such as DHL. You will be notified of any changes. All shipments include tracking numbers, which will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

Standard shipping is free for all orders. This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Shipping fees for express services (if selected) may apply at checkout.
For high-value orders, a signature may be required. After three failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
