Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Discounted or sale items may only be refunded if they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
